This information site
Scotty operates this site. It has no forms, registration, analytics scripts, advertising or browser storage. It does not request QuickBooks credentials, receive accounting records or call AI services.
The hosting provider may process request metadata, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect the site. The host is Cloudflare Pages; its handling of personal information is described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Do not send passwords, authorization codes or financial records through site URLs.
Planned accounting integration
The app is not yet connected to QuickBooks. Intended future processing includes authorized company and account information, transactions and related accounting records for completeness checks and bookkeeping review. Planned AI-assisted review may involve sharing relevant accounting information with selected service providers.
The processing providers, their data-use terms and the integration’s retention and deletion arrangements have not been finalized. This policy must be updated to describe those arrangements before accounting data is processed. No claim is made that future providers will exclude data from model training.
Access, retention and deletion
This static site has no application database containing visitor or accounting records. Hosting request records are subject to the hosting provider’s handling and retention practices; no fixed retention period is promised here. Disconnecting an integration does not itself establish that previously held records have been deleted.
